Onshore (for bigger, longer assignments) – A team of consultants will be placed at your premises and work closely with your team to achieve your goals. Most of the restructuring, reorganization, carve out and consulting assignments happen through this route.

Offshore (for smaller budget constraint assignments) – our offshore team in India helps you with all the meaningful analysis. This route is preferred by organizations who already have their experts working with them – but they need support for research and analysis, pre/post deal due diligence, private placement support, IPO support, sell side decks, pitch books, transaction diligence etc. Under offshore environment – the services are very flexible and can be adjusted as per the requirements of any assignment.
